Can someone recommend a good creatine supplement?

    Kre-Alkyline is good. Shock Therapy by Universal is an excellent pre-workout sup that contains creatine. Most lifters I talk with don’t like the creatine monohydrate and prefer either the above products or just straight CEE.

    I second the Shock Therapy recommendation. It’s got some other stuff to help with endurance, too…
