Bodyfat still going down.
Many times I find that a lot of my hard work and clean eating doesn’t show on the tape, the scale or the body fat analyzer and it can make me a bit disappointed. I did a bodyfat measurement today for the first time since changing my diet about a six weeks ago so that I do not eat any carbs other than some type of salad at supper or after and I was shocked to see that I am down almost 5%. That is the only change to my routine and that makes me really happy and I feel that I can push myself a bit more to try and reach about 5% overall bodyfat by the end of the year or maybe even sooner. I will continue to have my last carbs of the day at lunch and stll eat a protein supper with only a salad as my side dish making sure that I still have my cottage cheese as my late nioght snack and hopefully will still see the bodyfat going down.

Cool. Some anonymous blogger told me to cut my carbs, but I find it so hard to cook a home cooked meal without carbs. How do you maintain variety and flavour?
I could have done no carbs when I was single, but family meals are killing me!
