Building a Better Jay

This will be quick because I don’t know how long the internet connection will be this good!   We’re still in the hotel, but we finally found a place to live in Stuttgart!  We will be moving this weekend, which means I’ll have a permanent gym, a full stove, real pans, an oven, my own coffee maker, and a full sized refrigerator!  I have never been so excited about what at one time seemed so simple - the basic necessities.  It not a perfect place, but it’s definitely good enough and a thousand times better than where we are now!  …and we’ll have an internet connection we can count on, which is another thing we took for granted!

I am really looking forward to eating like a bodybuilder again.  My body is not fond of eating so many carbs and I pay for it by feeling sluggish and bloated.  Yes, men get bloated, LOL!
