hotel workout
It was a weird one today. Our house is mostly packed up and we’re currently living in a hotel out of suitcases. I used the hotel gym and it wasn’t easy.
Today’s workout:
(wu not included)
- military press: 8×16, 8×16 (160lbs?) standing machine with a very wide grip…
- cable shrugs: 8×20, 8×20 (200lbs? - felt a lot heavier than that!)
- db side laterals: 8×35, 8×35 (biggest db’s they had!)
- bentover cable laterals: 8×3, 8×3
- prone db shrugs: 15×35, 15×35 (using 2-2-4 tempo)
- decline crunches: 2×10xbw+15lbs
- back extensions: 2×10xbw+15lbs
- hanging leg raises: 2×10
- torso twists: 2×10
