In my ongoing effort to make the world a happy place, here is a list of my nutrition (plan) for today:
Meal1: milk / whey / ww toast / natty pb / cherries / EFA’s
pre-w/o: creatine / BCAA’s
peri-w/o: BCAA’s
Meal2: whey / oatmeal / banana / nuts / honey / EFA’s
Meal3: chicken breast w/ hot sauce on ww tortilla / mixed salad (spinach, romaine, mushrooms, peas, peppers) / olive oil / EFA’s
Meal4: lean ground beef / green beans / oatmeal / peanuts / EFA’s
Meal5: steak / broccoli / light salad dressing / EFA’s
Meal6: chicken / spinach salad w/ carrots, peppers, cucumber / olive oil / EFA’s
I’m honestly never hungry because, well, it is a lot of food.
I also add in black coffee in the AM and after lunch. I drink about 130oz of water each day.
So, there is my bulking plan!

LOL I though that you said you drink 130oz on coffee.. lol
I’m still learning a lot about how to eat. I’ve been doing the clean eating for about one week now, and watching watch I eat for three weeks. I read my Clean Eating book, everywhere! Red light, while the wife is shopping, commercials, you name it. I want to learn more about how to eat clean so I can stop being so scared of eating…

NICE menu, Jay!!! WOW!! Okay, I really need to take another look at *MY* diet, after taking a look at YOURS!!!
I think I eat more food than you.
And I’m ‘cutting’, supposedly. LOL!!! Actaully, time to be honest - most of April was about eating clean, but not about keeping vigilient track of macros, like I usually do. Hehehe! May is a new month, though, and I’m going to be taking a cue from YOU! Thanks for sharing, Jay.
