good leg day
Look for some updates this weekend with weight / pics / measurements. It has been one full month since I was cleared to begin lifting again, so it will be interesting to see how close I am to where I’d like to be!
Today was a good leg day at the gym. I was really feeling every rep of every set - just concentrating on contracting the muscle. The weights weren’t huge, but my legs were just completely blown. Love it! Oh, and no DOMS for my bi’s. I guess I’ll have to work harder next week!
