Goals for August - September 2007
Monday, July 30th, 2007So, over the weekend I didn’t get a chance to measure my bf%. (What can I say? It was a crazy weekend with very little "me" time.) That’s OK, though. I still have my goals for August / September.
Goal #1: Get back my full-ROM and get cleared to lift again with my shoulder.
Goal #2: Get down to 10% bf with reasonable nutrition.
Yes, that is all. I think that is a full plate - pardon the pun.
I’ll be updating later today or tonight with my nutrition / training plan for the coming months!
