Friday, April 27th, 2007Week 3 of HST is down and I’m feeling pretty good. I added an extra 10lbs to my bent-over rows because it was just too easy. Strength gains? I’ll find out next week when I get closer to my 10rep maxes.
Nutrition was good today - finally feel like I’m eating enough. Totals for the day should be 2700cals, 175g protein.
I’m feeling pretty good for not having nearly enough sleep last night (6 hours). I sleep pretty soundly, it’s just that I don’t get to sleep enough! Eventually, I’m planning to move up to 7 hours of sleep by consolidating some of my evening activities and dropping some needless time wasters (ie TV).
Life is good …feeling good …working to gain more muscle.
