back to that nutrition thing
I’m declaring myself officially over the cold and moving back to solid cutting nutrition. I’ll start HIIT again on Friday. So, here’s the plan today:
- meal1: eggs / whites
- meal2: oatmeal / lean beef stirfry (mostly peas, broccoli, & carrots)
- meal3: whey / simple carb (apple, pear, etc.)
- meal4: chicken / brown rice
- meal5: whey + milk / flax
That’s a pretty typical day for me on my standard cutting diet. I’m estimating that’s about 1800 cals / 150g protein. I can typically burn ~2300-2500cals / day depending on cardio, so I think this is a good number for me. I like to switch to about 2500 cals on an occasional day by adding in some extra carbs and a bit more fat (not together, of course). I bought some natty pb at the store last night, so I’m interested to taste what everyone on the forums says is truly nectar!
…time to pack up some meals for work!
