					<description>No what's worse? Setting the dial on the radio and getting on the tread mill, only to have a song end and the announcer wants to talk for the next 5 minutes. I've come to hate morning radio. I don't mind a little talking, but it sure is hard to jog to.</description>

I'm not a fan of loud - but I think that no music is the best and let everyone bring their IPod, MP3 Player, or whatever. Me, I just like the music of the weiights clanging together and the grunts and groans of the lifters (haha).</description>
