					<description>Yes it is our lifestyle that we chose to live.  Sometimes getting to the gym is just half the battle.  I too hate it when I miss a workout.  I'm proud to say I was in the during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.  What has worked for me, is to plan my life around fitness.  If I am traveling for work or pleasure, I plan on working out.  Changing my routine every three weeks helps me stay fresh.  Good luck to you!</description>
