					<description>I hear you bro. I started this sugar fast last monday and i am on day 7 right now. Thanksgiving day there was pies and cake everywhere and i didn't even want it. I don't know how this will end up but right now i'm doing great without it. will it be a permaneant thing? only time will tell.</description>

					<description>I believe cheat meals have a place, but for me that place is only special occasions for the most part.  Dinner with friends, etc.  If I don't have anything going on, I don't do it.  And I usually feel way better the next day.

With the amount of food you eat you sure don't need it because you're hungry!  So go for it.  The idea of a cheat meal is all psychological anyway.  If your head is solid around the commitment, then you should be fine.</description>
