HELP!
Omg ok so late october I decided to start dieting for a show in march. Ihad a tariner and I was seeing amazing results. Was sooo close tohaving a six pack lost 15 pounds and didnt even cheat during the holidays. About 6 weeks before competition I went on vaca and could not follow my diet for nothing, so i decided when i get home i will get back on track. Ive been home for almost 5 weeks now probably gained 7 lbsĀ and can not get back on track!!! I went to the arnold classic thinking it would motivate me, no it made me depressed thinking i could never look like any of these girls!!! OMG I dont know wat to i cannot get back on track… as i am sittin here eating starburst jelly beans! some one please help me!!!!!!!!!

You gotta just get back on it. The longer you wait the harder it will be. I did the exact same thing if you read my blogs. I spent 5 months last year training as hard as I possibly could and got within my goals, then went on vacation and never really returned kind of. That was last August. It took me until February to get my self back in gear and by that time I gained so much wieght that I had to start all over. It’s been a huge struggle almost like I failed, but I kept with it and am now beginning to feel like I’m back on track. YOu have to stick with it and make it your lifestyle. After two or three weeks it’ll become a habit and you’ll feel a million times better about yourself. Just do it! Start with a cleaning your diet if you need to begin somewhere and slowly make your way back to the gym. Don’t over do it and ease yourself into it.

Oh man starburst jelly beans so effin’ good!!! BUT if you put them down now, you will be taking a step forward. You remember how hard you had to work to get where you were right? The sweat, the pain, and probably the tears…If you don’t make the Decision now it will be all for nothing? Everyday you need to ask yourself.."Is this the day I’m going to QUIT?" We all know you have what it takes…You need to prove it to yourself. Now..grit those teeth, it’s time to WORK!
