					<description>hey there Chassidy- might be as simple as your using up all your stored carbs with the running. try takiing some slow gi (oatmeal) carbs about an two hours before the workout and some high gi (juice) right before, don't need huge amounts but carbs do fuel the muscles.</description>

					<description>You're not losing it, but excess cardio can depress testosterone levels.  This may be why your strength seems off in the gym.  You may need more recovery time between running and lifting sessions.
