					<description>haha, i laughed out loud at the 'omg you're eating THAT!' one....god I eat like a robot too, chicken fish broccli...but sometimes you just wanna cheat and sometimes YOU SHOULD to stir up your metabolism....so the ONE time a month you decide to give in an go on a munchies run for some ice cream...all of a sudden its like 'omg wtf i can't believe you're eating that shiot...'.....god SO annoying!</description>

					<description>I had one when I finally broke 305 on the bench press 2x. A pot belly co worker said thats nothing, tell me when you threw up 365 for 5x. He is so out of shape but still lives in his past. I had nothing to say to him for a while, I was pissed off for a bit.</description>

					<description>i am so feeling that post. why do people have such an all or nothing approach to health? it is so frustrating. i almost never eat out, but when I do it is a planned cheat. people assume i must be doing something much different than exercising and watching what I eat.</description>
