Men's Health has a mobile site with a cool PDA/smartphone tool called eat this/not that based on blah-blah book. 
Anyhoo, they break down common restaurants, diners, etc. Great for emergency contengencies on the fly.

Oh and atleast u don't feel like you look like a total chic being the big dude in the freezer aisle lookin' at the back of Healthy Choice entrees. ;P</description>

					<description>I finally am taking my diet serous and have to say it is addictive.  the fitday website to count nutrition content on all foods is great.  Like you i sometimes look in advance of going out what i can eat so i don't get those questions.  Congrats on your progress.</description>

When you say &amp;amp;#34;eating on schedule or the right time&amp;amp;#34; do you eat 6 small meals a day or 3 meals on a certain time each day&amp;amp;#34;?  I have lost 30 pounds since April and 3 sizes in my clothes so I am on my way.  I want to lose more and I set reachable goals so that I stay connected to what my goal is. I totally understand about the whole ppl commenting on ur eating. I get the same thing all the time. like &amp;amp;#34;your eating again&amp;amp;#34; or when I have my chicken and veggies in the am, ppl assume I am eating my lunch! LOL! You just gotta ignore it and go on with your life. Think of what you are doing to your body and how good it feels to be healthy.
As for reading labels on food items, I do it ALL the time, I don't care what ppl think! I wanna know what's in the item!!!</description>
