Legs and wrapping them!
Saturday, March 7th, 2009Hey I am new to the whole online blogging world! I just thought I would share something. It’s really kind of a question to anyone that reads this but… if you are doing heavy squats you should wrap your knees right? The reason I ask this is because I tried it today and it just through me off balance. I was thinking maybe I wrapped them to tight but who knows. Does anyone else have this problem?
