i have taken O.N for about 8 months now, good product. but want to try somthing new, discovered Higher power whey islolate for about the same price and has higher protien per serving. stand by for a review.

i have tried high protien high carb diets to build muscle and it doesn’t seem to be doing much for me. So i am goin to try a high protien med. fat, low carb diet over the next few months and see where it gets me. Its almost winter and by next spring i want to look totally different.

did rippeotoes then bill starr’s workout, and i am stuck my bench is the worst but im also stuck on my squats. So im making my own workout to hopefully strengthing some of my weaker muscles to i can better attack the main lifts my current workout plan is here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=117760011

I decided to go back to rippetoes, I still am not sure if its right for me thought, i want to get big, not super big but i’d like to be around 170-180lbs with around 10% BF. I’ll stay in rips until i find somthing i like better. if anyone has any advice i’d much appriciate it

i got tired or rippetoes, trying this now http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hitworkout.htm. dont know how well it will work might tweak it here and there but it is faster paced and keep me going the whole time. If anyone has any suggestions or comments about the workout please post it here i would much appriciate peoples opinions.

week 3 of S.S increasing weights as planed just purchased some O.N Serious mass to hopefully bulk up a bit. on another note i’d like to cut down before late june due to a vacation, i would really like to have my abs showing while im on the beach.

I added up my weights and saw what my limits were. i posted videos of me doing the 3 main exercies in my 1st workout, if anyone is an expert at the main lifts please view them and let me know iif my form is wrong at any point. Other than that i had fun with it and cant wait to get the ball rolling
