HI GUYS , I JUST POSTED NEW PICS FROM  5 DAYS AGO , now that im down  im posting video and pics  so you guys after see the difference after i get better from my injuries  , and before you guys ask me anything ,Im not   training  my  legs since april 2001  (( 6 1/2 ) years ago so if you see the difference from my top body now you know why  ,  i was thinking about start training them just before my holidays  tlike i go to a Caribbean country every year for 3 weeks , but then came the fall and the winter and i got sick like hell plus my injuries got worse so now that im down and out training for skipping the gym   every time im in pain plus dont forget ( halloween sweets )  hahaha  lol  , im posting this pics and video so you guys  know how i look in my worse  lol, man this winter is killing me ( i walk to work ) i dont have full car license and it sux ) if the weather is bad , i cant go to the gym , if it is snowing , forget it   ) so to go to the gym i depend of the weather , wish me luck in this winter  lol.

HI Guys

lol i don’t know how i do it  but i always get lost for few weeks ,  since my shoulder injury in  the beginning of October , plus sick like hell ( i hate cold weather i grow up in a warm  hot country ) haha  well , im getting better of my injury  after having a hard time to do any  exercise in connection with the shoulder ,  the past week i started  to get a lot better in my pain and now still with pain  but i cant take the pain when im training chest in the pre-inclined bench -( it hurt like hell )  lol hammer machine  only in my dreams i can do it  , so soon i sit there the pain kill me , i have to go really light weight , i feel like im just warming up doing it , shxt  . and i don’t remember the last time i trained my shoulders neither.

well , i look like shxt after this long run  skipping exercises and training days because the pain   so i gained few pounds , i have too , too sick and low in carbs plus cold weather don’t match  lol , i just took few pics at lunch time  , stupid me , i took them after having lunch , i didn’t had in mine take those pics and i took a short video for few people who asked me a while back. now i have to find the way to add it in here,  i want to show how i look when in ( down  )  in pics and video so after you can tell the difference  when in ( up ) and out the hole ,  take care  and train hard now in the cold weather.( last pics are in a  black pants .

IM BACK -TODAY OCTOBER 21

WOW , HI GUYS ,  I WAS OUT HERE FOR A LONG TIME , WOW , SINCE march or april i think , sorry for dont coming here anymore , i had alot changes in my life in the last few months , i was getting ready for a fitness photoshooting   in  Montreal( canada )   the last  summer , but i had problems in those days of the photoshooting on top of this situation , i got ASMA  really bad i never had asma before and i started getting this thing for the first time in my life in the last spring  but i was ok until 4-5 ago that i got it back really bad plus i had    FLU or  COLD so bad that i was hardly getting enought air, so if i had hard time to go to work , you could imagine i was out the gym for 2weeks straight   and when i came back  to the gym aftyer 2 weeks i got s shoulder injury bad that i had to stop for another week , so i just came to the gym the past weeks but i could do any bench press or anything that  have connection with my shoulders until this week now , i think because i was so low in carbs   the cold DID hit me really bad, bad im getting better now in this week , i have fews from when i was getting ready for the photshoot  in this summer and i have pics from this weeks , i go to post boths , (( youll see the difference  from body size because of the 2 weeks sick plus  another week with injury plus i still have a hard time to  do anything in connection with my shoulders . plus the location from the pics are not in the same place ,the  summer ones are in the same location i took my pics before but the  pics from this week are in another location ,  dont laught at me because ill be back  HAHAHAHA , like arnold (Ill Back "  ;-)

HI GUYS , BACK FROM MY HOLIDAYS AND READY TO WORK MY ASX AGAIN ,i came back with a elbow injury , ( don’t ask me how because i do know ) i being in the gym 4 times in the last 3 weeks , 2 times  first week and  2 times in the last 2 weeks ,, i did need the rest because the pain was killing to do bench press, and to do any kind triceps in the bench or behind your neck , now i feel a lot better but i still have some pain,i went to the gym yesterday and i took revenge , i trained  chest-back- and shoulders ( all in the same workout , ny body have to learn to respect me )  lmfao - joke. glad to be back , i wasn’t online cause a crazy friend gave me a a world of war craft guess pass and i got addict to that crazy game online , DAM HIM )  PLUS I GAINED 8 POUNDS just from eating  in all inclusive resort in my holidays ,( you have to eat for what you paid there )  lol joke ,ill post pics  this week
