Ok so, tomorrow is it!! The end of the three months! Yay! Oh wait…. I guess this is a life long proecess huh… Man! So, I get my measurements again tomorrow and pics. So… so exciting. Like I said, thankfully I am shooting for August with my main goal. So this is a post for thanks… Here somes the sappy stuff, ready? You sure? Oooh man! I could make this sound like a speech. K, maybe it would be funny if you knew me… who knows. All in all thank you to everyone. My work is AMAZING. yes, AMAZING. No this is not a brown nose moment (only slightly Ryan– hahaha) No, thank you guys, all of you. You all know who you are. Thank you for being so supportive and having the faith in me that you do. This has been probably the hardest challenge in my life. Its a lot harder than being a mom, thats for sure. Following rules, guidlines, staying strict with myself. Its hard. I know I could have been a bit more strict though. But all in all, I appreciate everyone that has commented me, all of my co-workers for the encouragement, and Jason for saying Im thick. Hahahaha. Really, thanks Jason– I may be ‘thick’ but your just ‘big boned’ so… oh, and for my managers for letting me leave my desk a thousand times a day to use the rest room and to eat. (that darn water intake and I guess tuna fish stinks or somethin, cmon, it smells deeee-lish!!! … lol) My biggest thanks is to Bodybuilding.com though. Ryan, Jeremy, Russ and Dave, thank you guys. I owe you all big time and really am blessed to work for this company. Working here has been a HUGE motivation for me… hello, look at the pics I see every day and the people I get to talk to. Its all about being healthy baby!!! So… Thanks guys! I will be your next huge star! Cant you see it.. oh yeah, people ask… well Dannielle- what got you started? I say BODYBUILDIN.COM BABY!! ) You guys are awsome. Ok, stop crying now people. Sappy time is over. So I just ate this protein pudding…. wont name brand it but man…. I tell you it is defintiely not like the real thing thats for sure. It is good though. Chocolate flavor. Yum. Ok, it really actually didnt taste horrible. It was pretty good. So I have been doing a lot of cardio lately. I go to the gym sporten my bbcom gear of course. My hoodie and sweat pants and then a hat. I have been doing cardio for an hour on the tredmil, starting no incline high speed and then by the end I am at the highest incline and bout 1/2 the speed (incline 15 speed 3–5 is jogging so its still pretty fast) Oh I tell you all what, I am the grossest (not a word) person when I walk outta there. My entire body is wet, like getting out of the pool wet. I put my hat on with my hood over it so I really trap all heat in. Yeah… its fun ya’ll, I dont care how much of an endurance athlete you are, you will be burnin calories, thats for sure! The other day I didnt get enough water intake, and it was obvious because I started dry heaving at the end, litterally at like 55 minutes so I just did a 10 minute cool down. It really works ya. Plus when the incline is so high it works that rear too. Thats the nice part. So yeah… heres a post Ryan!! Heres a post!!!! YAY Dannielle!!! ; )

Ooog man, it is coming to the end of the 3 months. not too sure how satisfied I am however, thankful that my goal is August. This is harder than I thought it would be. I just got done eating dinner. A turkey burger with wasabi powder in it. Not sure how good that is for me, but I assume its ok. I made another cake 2 nights ago. that was fun. I think i could deal with just baing to satisy my need for sweets! LOL. I bake, other people enjoy, not bad!!
I have been doing a lot of cardio this week. I feel really good when I do cardio. Its the sweating I think. ha. My fave is doing the bike for 40 minutes and jumping to the staiirmaster for 20 minutes. Thats what I have been doing this week and good heavens, buring the calories is easy to do.
Well, at in about 3 weeks I will post pics up here. Golds has my before pic so I need to get that from them and I dont think i can have it until the end of this challenge. All in all, I am pleased with what I have accomplished so far and still workin. Even if I am not completley ready by even August, I will be on that stage close to it!!

Alright, it has been a bit since I have done anything on here. This week has sucked. I have been to the gym twice. Once on monday and just did cardio for an hour and then weds I did legs and a 1/2 hr of cardio. My daughter has had an ear infection so I worked 1/2 days on both mon and tues and have been fighting this ear infection all week. This of course means, no taking her to the daycare at the gym, and no one else I can have watch her because everyone works late nights. I have been stressed because I cannot get to the gym. Its amazing that once you get into a routine and used to going on almost a daily basis how much it effects you once you are unable to go. Due to the lovely ear infection I have of course been up through the nights about every hour so thats made me tired.
So all in all I feel frumpy and yucky because I have not been able to keep with my workout this week. I will see if I can get before pics of me and then I will take some more. I defintiely will at least have them up by the end of the month because I have 4 weeks left util the end of this short challenge. Sweet. I have a lot of work to do so thank goodness the long term goal is by August. thats helps a great deal.

Again, its been forever! I am soo busy these days. I get to go get measured after work. Yay me. I think I will be ok with the results so far. I can tell a slight difference. Granted, its been a month and 2 weeks. Not an extreme amount of time. There will be a greater difference by the end of April when this is all over. Tonight is fav day. Back. I got to eat my fave (tuna and cottage cheese) for lunch again today. sweet deal. Im out. Gotta clock in from lunch.

So its been a while since I have been able to get on here and write anything. Everything is going good, workout, diet.. all the goods. However, I have kinda cheated with food in the aspect that I have eaten a lot of raisens. I have built this addiction. I try to not eat them, but they are so good. Ok, no its not an over abundance or anything. However, its not just on the mornig for breakfast. I will eat them in the evening and at breakfast.
Ok, so other than that everything is good. I can feel a change in my body. Especially my arms. I started this new workout today for my rear that also kinda helps my abs. I use one of those balance balls, lay on the ground, put one leg on it and the other in the air and lift. It really works. Feels great too.
I am cooking chicken right now for dinner. Boiling it with peppercorns. yummy. Probably eat cottage cheese with it or something. I ran out of lettuce. So thats the update. I have pics next week for the half way point. My half way is not as much as everyone elses because I started a month later. Thats ok though.

Just got done putting in some laundry… finally time to relax. I took some 4 Nitro Tropic today before the gym. I was told not to take the full amount, so didnt. I should have. It helped yes, I could feel it, still can a bit. I do like taking a pre-workout formula rather than not. I forgot to do shrugs today… damn it. I will say that I am feeling better each time I go to the gym. Still working on the time issue. I seem to always be there at least an hour and 1/2. I just need to be quicker. I have really been siken myself out. 5 months… who does that? I have a lot of hard work in front of me. No, of course I dont want this overnight… but 5 months? Oooh heavens. Ahh! See, scarin myself. All I know is that either way I know for a fact i will be so happy with myself in the end.

Today has been a good day all together. My legs are still kinda sore, nothing like last week though. I think I pulled something last week because this is a totally different kind of sore. Feels good. Ok so… I did a Duuh du duuuhh today. One thing that I am constatnly saying to customers, ok frequently, regarding NO products (sp on those) and combining them with thermogenics. Well.. breif little DL— One is a vasodialator and the other is a vaso-constrictor which means… you got it- they counteract each other. duuuh me. Well, I took Venom today around 11 this morning. I worked out at about 5 and took shock therapy prior to working out. I will say though, as much as they will go against each other, I felt a difference. My arms felt… swallen and… I guess just harder. I could lift more too. I raised all my weights by 5 lbs and had no problem with it. I can say no problem, but I could do it. I liked it. I have never taken a vasodialator before, any NO product, nuthin. So all in all, I think I need to change some things up. I was actaully telling Mr Mac the other day that I needed a pre-workout. That the venom is just not doing it. I will try a few things and stick with something…
Theres a lot of ladies at the gym recently that appear to be goin for the same thing as me. Its like… bam, all the sudden they are there. All buff and what not. I must say its great motivation.
Just had a protein shake, very very delish. I had Ultramet Lite (choco fudge) blended with water, ice and 4 frozen peaches…. oh its like heaven. Soooo so so so good. It doesnt even taste like its healthy, at all. Its like on big bad pudding tasting protein smoothie. yum.

Today was leg day today. Got an awesome workout in today. Left sweatin like crazy. So a good friend of mine at work has this little joke that he always says about squatin until I puke. Well, today I almost puked Joe!! I chose to do squats at the end of my leg workout on purpose just tp get the mayjor workout in, well, it worked! I almost puked and passed the hell out… however, I went and did cardio, just for 10 minutes because I got cardio in today at lunch… Yeah… as you can see today was absolutley great. Yesterday I did do chest plus 40 minutes of cardio, that was awesome… Well, need to eat so this is short today.

Today was an off day. Thank goodness! Should have been yesterday but I had to swap it up for personal reasons. Sunday is suposed to be the other off day but I may haev to make that chest day and Monday leg day again. I think I can deal with that though. My legs no longer hurt. haha. However, today I did do cardio on my lunch. At work. We have a few machines there. I just hit the bike for 45 minutes in my regular clothes while reading the news paper. How fun is that? Some people walked by and laughed (in a good way) basically, I would say most people I work with know what I am working on. Its a large company though people so… no not everyone would know unless they are online all day like myself… I would asume. Who knows. All in all, I worled out on my lunch, got nice a sweaty. Yumm! Pretty hot huh.
Diet was good today too. I was actaully telling Jason today the I feel bad for my daughter because she eats what mommy eats. I had some 99% lean turley burgers last night with white onion in the mix and then cottage cheese, soo… my daughter did too. Well.. her father sat there and snuck her some oysters (NASTY) some CHOCOLATE yeah… nice huh, and some tamales–which was what he was eating. What a lucky man huh. I dont always give her what I eat, but it does make it easier.
Yesterday was back day. Fav day. In total though I was only able to get in 30 minutes of cardio. 10 before my workout and 20 after. Thats ok though.
I am becoming nervous, scared, worried though about all this. Its stressful, very stressful. I am realizing I personally put a lot of pressure on myself. A lot to accomplish. This is definitely not a complaint or whatever, but I really must say I didnt realize how time consuming this all would be with including everyday life. My main concern is my daughter. Sometimes I feel like I never see her. I go to work at 6am and pick her up by 4 and head to the gym at least by 5, done around 6:30 sometimes later depending on cardio and then go home as soon as possible to feed her then she goes to bed by 8:30. I push that to 9 just to have time with her. Ok, so thats my only complaint. It was just her and I for so long that the apart time is hard. I would say on both of us. So that has really been hard to adjust to. I am working as hard as I can to make my workout go quicker, more organized so that I am able to be home at a decent hour. When her father has a day off, I can go straight to the gym and be home by 6 so thats awesome. And that leaves plenty of time for cardio which is nice.
Ok- time to end this and get my alone time and relaxing/recovery time in.
