To Bulk or not to Bulk??
After reading up it seems that the fall and winter seasons are the time when everyone bulks up. Now I am trying to decide if this is something that I should do too. It has been a while since I have seen my abs like this and now I am afraid of losing them! I truly enjoy the lean look that I have going; however, I wouldn’t mind a little more mass. I have kind of mastered my eating habits under the cutting phase but am worried about my abilities in bulking. Also, the winter poses another issue for me as a CPA… busy season! Usually I am working 80 hour weeks and finding time to work out is certainly going to be challenging. I would greatly appreciate any thoughts, suggestions, experiences, or plans related to bulking up.

It’s tough to gauge, man, because you’ve got the build I’m looking to have. Plus, it’s hard to know what 5-8 more lbs of muscle looks like. My uncle is a bodybuilder, for instance, and he always bulked up during the winter, and was able to get it back down, no problem. I’m sure he could, but I could never really see the difference other than he didn’t look fat anymore, ha. What about a clean bulk?
