SO TODAY I AM STARTING TO AIM FOR A HIGHER WEIGHT. HOPEFULLY IT WILL HELP ME MENTALLY NOT THINK THAT I HAVE TO LOSE SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH WEIGHT. I NOW NEED TO LOSE 25 POUNDS EXACTLY. I AM STILL CURRENTLY AT 140 POUNDS. I WANT TO LOSE A POUND A WEEK. I THINK I AM SO USED TO NOT SEEING ANY RESULTS THAT I AM ACCEPTING THE CURRENT WEIGHT THAT I AM. I DO NOT WANT TO GET UED TO THIS WEIGHT, THOUGH. I AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH IT AT ALL. I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT. I WILL BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL TODAY AND EXERCISE BY TEACHING MY WEIGHT TRAINING CLASS TONIGHT.
