MY NEW ULTIMATE WEIGHT GOAL IS 115 POUNDS. IT USED TO BE 111 POUNDS, BUT THAT WAS TOO LIGHT. I AM NOW ON MY WAY TO 115 POUNDS. I AM CURRENTLY 140 POUNDS.

Whoa! I just have to comment on your goals and current eating habits. You’re aiming way too low for your height. At 115 your BMI would be 16.5. Below 18 is considered severely underweight!!!
You’re also consuming very few calories, to maintain your weight you need to consume about 1900 calories per day, from what I gather you’re restricting to much less than this.
Please visit caloriecount.about.com to set yourself some proper goals because at the rate you’re going you’ll slow down your metabolism crazy fast not to mention damage your health.
