Nitric Oxide
Okay..I’m not the big blogger that many are, but just thought I would do this one. I have heard many many things about nitric oxide products and its benefits. So, with so many on the market, what is the best? Just trying to get the right expansion of blood vessels.

I think if you’re taking enough protein (though certain types of protein have higher levels of arginine, like eggs > whey) you’re going to get the NO boost, and from my understanding that’s really all it’s about.
I’m no expert, but I’ve also experimented with supplemental arginine (3-5 grams) before a workout, and it does help you get a pump. However, if you look at the main ingredient in these products and the amino acid profiles of the protein you’re probably already using, it’s hard to see why it’s necessary. Again, I’m no expert.
