Looking Ahead
Ugh…I recently had injuried my knee which set me back some and trouble in my family life. Which from time to time is hard to avoid and really upsetting once it creeps into your personal time! But, I’m looking ahead and trying new workouts to spice up the old routine. Somehow I was able to tread water the past 5 months and now putting things back together in my life. So, i’m just going to look ahead and plan for my next competition and make the best of this year.
