Meal 2 - Shake - 1 scoop whey, 1 cup skim milk, 10g glutamine, 1 banana (small), ice

Hey ! You have no protein in your first meal. After fasting all night you really need to get that first protein meal in otherwise you can say goodbye to all hard earned muscle. Also Special K has very little nutritional benefit - you may as well be eating the box! Try something more substantial like porridge with protein powder. Good luck with it all
