					<description>Cheese makes me feel like I've gotten dumped or not worked out in three days, totally down and out! Heck, this summer I've been experiencing a similar feeling just from having sugar! &amp;amp;#34;Benefits&amp;amp;#34; of eating clean and getting healthier!
     The workplace poses an eating challenge each and every day (see my Gallery). While office politics suck like a Hoover, I totally look forward to keeping myself out of the communal &amp;amp;#34;Cookie Jar.&amp;amp;#34; Resisting temptation boosts my self confidence and I do my best to inspire a friend or two here.
