Not the start we all want before Bulking.
Wednesday, November 1st, 2006Having been BB seriously (ish) for 4 monthes and incoperating a good 6 meal a day 40/40/20 for the last month or so, I Have suddenly come to a screeching stop in training and my diet out of control, i have just broken a meta-carpel (bone in my hand) and im out for 6-8 weeks !!! total bummer… since ive put so much effort in time and planning and just days into my 1st Bulking Phase… im totally lost.
So where now i wonder… LEGS!!! and possibly my abs… "i can still train legs" i repeat to myself. i have relised all is not lost. I personnely think my legs are by far the most un-trained parts. so 2 days per week x6 im confident il see marginal results. I Just need to re-write the calories and make various tweaks here and there.
