Upper my cardio to lean out my legs.. Im going to focus on uphill walking and elliptical,, b/c of no resistance.

 But how much it to much?? I dont want to lose all my muscle, I just want them smaller..lol (If that makes sense)

I burned more fat doing:  15min HIIT- 4 days a week, then the 45min slow cardio 4-5 days a week,,  i use to do.. What a waste of time..

When people say Knowledge is power,, they weren’t lying!!!

Well,, I finished my 12 weeks on the Psychotic fat burn!! Woo hoo

Day 3 ..WOW.. My 12 weeks are almost over,, but I still have work to do.. I’m Ready for the next level.. Its grind time!!!!  I love the winter,, nothing else to do but workout and umm workout..lol

Thinking of doing my 1st competiton.. I’ve been talking to a trainer whose been doing it for years.. We’ll see how it goes!!

Still I rise…

Im back on track.. Day 3, after my binge weekend!!! I’m feeling great and full of energy.. Even though it probably set me back like a week, but oh well. Its over, cant dwell on it..

B/C WHAT YOU GIVE YOUR ATTENTION TO, YOU GIVE POWER TO IT!!

Soo I look and embrace this new day, moving forward. Still ambitious, with the end in mind. Positive attitude and encouraging myself every minute!!!

The funny thing is, when I eat clean, I dont even crave junk food. I mean the cravings come, but I can control them w/ some protein pudding or some sugar free Mentos, the fruit kind- I just love these things. Mmm.. lol

Oh, I switched my workouts to the AM, I actually feel kinda good. Its hard to get up at 5:30, but once I do get up..lol  I feel good and have alot of energy to workout.. Soo i’ll be trying this for a couple months..

As always.. Power to my Fitness Hotties!!! :)

Was I flying TO high

I was doing so good.. Diet , training.. 100%,, Havent missed 1 workout yet since I’ve been on this new plan.. Stayed clean the whole 4 weeks.. Then Saturday came, The day for my cheat meal- 1 time, 1 meal.. (I get to do this every 4weeks)

 Well so much for that.. It turned into a WHOLE DAMN WKND, plus 1, because of Labor day.. Horrible, Horrible.. I cant stop thinking bout it..  I actually think I went into a depression when it was all over. I felt soo heavy, my stomach hurt so bad, yet I couldnt stop eating.

Ice cream, Doritos, Candy bars… WTF happened!! I keep asking myself.. BINGE EATING!! This must be disease b/c I swear I was in a sugar coma.. NEVER, NEVER again!!! No more cheat meals for me..  I cant control myself.. I eat it, I want more and more.. And I only crave sweets.. I dont crave pizza or Wendy’s or FOOD!! I crave SUGAR!!!

 All or nothing.. From now on, its All clean or nothing!!!
