Day 4 Rest (not really)
Today sucks! I am resting but not really feeling it. I wish i had time to go to the gym and complete my run, but my day is fully booked. I will jot what i ate throughout the day.I had 2 servings of fiberone with fat free milk and one serving of tropicana orange juice. a cinnamon raising bagel w/ fat free cream cheese( i know not good but i had to get something in me that would carry me though for the next couple of hours)with two boiled eggs and turkey kielbasa and less than one serving of orange juice. a small coffee with a miniature croisant, two polly-o reduced fat cheese sticks and for the remainder of the night water.I do realize that my diet has to have an overhaul in order to include the right amount of protein,reduce carbs, and to to be cleaner in general,but i will fix that in the coming week.
