Day 4 Rest (not really)

Today sucks! I am resting but not really feeling it. I wish i had time to go to the gym and complete my run, but my day is fully booked. I will jot what i ate throughout the day.I had  2 servings of fiberone with fat free milk and one serving of tropicana orange juice. a cinnamon raising bagel w/ fat free cream cheese( i know not good but i had to get something in me that would carry me though for the next couple of hours)with two boiled eggs and turkey kielbasa and less than one serving of orange juice. a small coffee with a miniature croisant, two polly-o reduced fat cheese sticks and for the remainder of the night water.I do realize that my diet has to have an overhaul in order to include the right amount of protein,reduce carbs, and to to be cleaner in general,but i will fix that in the coming week.

Day 3 11/13/08

Today I woke up I’m 151lbs, 40 inch hips, 32 1/4 inch waist, guess i need to drink more water to stop holding on the the 7lbs on average that we carry. On a good note my abs have not felt this alive for a while. The pain is a good pain tells me i did something right.
This evening i worked out my back and shoulders
Reverse grip bb row 4s 12r 45lb
Shoulder press 15lb/12rx2, 20lb/15rx2
Close grip pulldown 50lb/12r, 60/12×3
Front raises with plate 10lb/15rx4
seated row 40lb/12r, 50lb/12rx3
Lateral raises 5lb/15r
db reverse flye 5lb/12rx4
Raised leg crunches 15rx3
reverse crunches 12rx3
side plank 30sec. x2 for each side

My cardio for hte day sucked! i was interupted adn couldn’t refocus so i let it go an went home but what i had in mind was 5sets of 8min running at 5.2 at 1% with a 3min rest. What i did was 1set then 3 minutes of the running. Atleast i finished liek 1.17miles so got something done.
Today i ate
4egg whites and 1 whole egg boiled with low sugar maple and brown sugar quaker oatmeal with fat free organic milk
10 oz tropicana orange juice
1 whole wheat cinnamon raisin bagel with 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese
4 small pieces of turkey kielbasa
1 cup of orange juice
1 serving of stacy’s chips
EAS advantage carb sense shake before gym
1 smaller than hand sized serving of baked salmon with corn
at least 3 liters of water not including what ill drink overnight.
I feel okay, i know the bagel seems bad but i needed some high carbs at some point and most of my meals were before 6 the only thing i ate late was the salmon.

Day 2 11/11/08

Well today was my semi cardio Queen day at the gym i used the stair mill not to be confused with the stair stepper and i did 60.4 minutes at a level of 6-8 and one minute at 10.No weight training but i burned 500 and some change calorie wise. The great thing is that i completed 4.40 miles and my butt is going to love me for it. Im on my way to fitting into that BEBE pencil skirt i want to wear for christmas/new years eve!
What i ate throughout the day:
I was a little bad, i had three servings of Stacys chips today, they are these baked pita bread chips but not so bad.
for breakfast i had a 4egg whites one whole egg omlette with peppers and onions and turkey kielbasa in it plus some mrs.dash general seasoning no salt along with a muscle milk vanilla creme shake made with 12oz of water and five large frozen strawberries.
a pb&j made with arnolds low carb whole wheat bread and kirkland brand organic pb, smuckers sugar free strawberries.
two cups of green grapes
1 cracker barrel cheese stick the 2% milk kind
1 polly-o reduced fat cheese stick
10oz of fat free organic milk with coffee mix no sugar
i serving of baked salmon with boiled corn
3.5 liters of water not including what ill drink the remainder of the night

11/9/08 Goals

Sunday is my day to plot and i have!
I have created my own workouts based on oxygen magazine exercises/workouts. I want to get back down to my perfect fitness level/weight of 125. I loved myself at this size and I have lots of beautiful clothes that fit me at this size (no need to spend extra cash). I also have in mind to run all five of the nyrr borough half marathons in 2009.
I will post my workouts and what i eat daily(100%).
This will keep me in line and provide some sense of responsibility to myself and those reading(plus i’ll post pics of progress weekly, and they don’t lie! LOL)
Let me have the strength to follow through(support is needed!)
