I am Back !!!!!!
Sorry I have not been on this Site in Months I just been busy at my full time job working soo much etc… I just got my 5th Pay Raise because I do 90% of the Company Work.
I am now starting working out again this Month (NOV) Mainly During Cardio 1 to 3 Hours a day.. Then Starting (DEC) I am going to be hitting the Gym hard…
Hope to hear from all you people out there… I am just so loney here in Long Beach, Ca
Anybody Local want to hang out etc…..

Cardio 1 to 3 hours a day? I was wondering about that. Some that I read says to limit it to 1 hour or you eat your own muscles. But others say that women cant get muscles anyway so do 8 hours a day if you like. So what I was wondering is if some weeks you do more hours and some less and maybe you saw a pattern of if you have muscle loss or gains better on low/high cardio weeks.
