I have spent the last 3 weeks getting ready for a 12 week dedication to my body. I have set up times and different workouts through the week. Plus, I set up a meal plan that I hope suits me. So 8:00 in the morning starts a new era. Heres goin…..

Well it has been one week back in action, cardio is a big focus right now (ya know. to shred the fat away) but the weights always make me feel great. Lots of energy. Funny how when you work out and stay in shape you have more energy, but a long busy day at work can just wear you down. It feels so good to be back!!!!

Well I have fallen off the wagon for about a month and a half so I ended up putting back on 10 lbs of the 20 lbs that I lost. So I am rededicating myself stating this Monday. I have to bust this gut and get tight all over.
