To drop body fat and maintain muscle is quite a hard task - as well you may know. the best way to achieve this is through the careful manipulation of the calories you consume from all three macronutrient groups; protein, fat, and carbohydrate - bearing in mind that to drop bodyfat you need a caloric defecit, and to gain/maintain muscle mass you may need a caloric increase. you need to ensure your body stays in a positive nitrogen balance by feeding yourself sufficient, equal, and regular protein meals.
to best advise an eating / exercise plan i would have to have a sample of your daily diet (types of foods), preference, dislikes and food allergies, portion sizes, times of consumption, and energy expenditure (daily exercises) together with a recent total body weight and estimated (or accurate body fat measurement).
