You say, “Whoa on the weight!”
So I just got back from my competition. Yep I’ve gained a lot of weight in less than a week. If you think about it though the time span that I’ve been dieting goes back over a year. I started at 170-185.
The past couple days I’ve just loaded up on bread, some choc, sodium and had a couple beers. It made me also realize how much I don’t miss junk food. I feel horrible after eating it. I can’t wait to get back in the gym.

I did the same thing last week. 9 lbs in one night after my competition. A week off from the gym and a vacation with all meals out! AUGH! I was miserable. But 2 days back in the gym and ready to go the next round.
Good luck…get back in there and start pushing again.

Oh I know exactly the feeling you’re talking about!! Good job on stopping before it got worse, I know I didn’t.
