					<description>Bsically its hard because you are making it hard.  Nothing wrong with the slip and fall while you were away.  I mean its a vacation.  But now that thats over with, just get back to what you were doing before you went on vacation.  It was only a week ago!  As I said, its hard because you are making it that way.  You know what you have to do, the only thing you need to do now is start.  The longer you procrastinate about it, the longer it will take you to get back on track and the further you will put yourself away from completing your goals.  So cut the crap, and lets do it!!Just a little tough love!! :)</description>

					<description>The main reason I hit the gym at 5-5:30am is to avoid work, family &amp;amp;#38;amp; other time conflicts.  Nothing to interfere with the workout (except sleep of course......).  I suck it up since that's the only time I can consistently workout, as lunch &amp;amp;#38;amp; evenings simply aren't an option.  

I hope you get your mojo back soon.   :D</description>
