					<description>It is really cool to see you in the mix ... there is a vids on my bodyspace page with a bicep and another with a tricep [just added today] workout that I have been doing and they scream bro. If you are training everything else with intensity, these two routines will really get you going.</description>

					<description>I don't know if you have a set workout program in place or not, but I gained about 1/2&amp;amp;#34; in my arms (relaxed) in just over a month with a program I came up with. Its quite intense though and of course diet always has to be good to fuel the recovery process. Between that and another article I found for calves you might find those interesting.
