Military PT Test Today
It was a cold day here in the NE so my annual PT test was done inside on an indoor track. Happy to report that I maxed push-ups / sit-ups / and 1.5 mi run/sprint. I ran the 1.5 mile in 9:48 which got me the max points. Waist was at 33 and 3/4 which I haven’t been at since early college years.
It’s nice to see that with all the cardio / fat loss / weight training that my scores are actually getting better as I age (now 37). A great mental accomplishment for me if nothing else. Good things are happening because of the work and effort…that is nice to see!

Great job!
p.s.~Where are you in the NE? I thought you were in VA!

Way to go man. Run those little young punks off the track. Your inspirational. My goal is to beat my personnel best score in the next three PFA’s. Not the overall score but my times and numbers better than I did when I was 21. You give me hope it can be done. Oh and congrats on the 300lb bench I am working my way back to that too. I will be so happy when I can do it again. Keep up the good work.
