The start of something new
Met my trainer today, good guy and seems to have a good idea on what i need to do. Just set up my training and nutrition site along with taking measurements and the like. Worked out with my wife afterwords and took a soak in the hot tube and steam room. First workout with trainer on Monday. I am really looking forward to it i have been working out for six months on a mostly regular 5-7 days a week and i dont see the results i want. Looked at the workout on line and it is way different than i am used to. The one i was doing mas making things jiggle less but no weight was dropping.
