Good Morning
Thisis the start of a new week and i am excited. Got the right class now so school is going to be good! Started my new workout schedule this morning. 4:30 sure rolls around fast but look at it this way all the endorphins are pumpin first thing and i miss morning traffic. Have discovered the joy of protien pancakes. The sahara desert comes to mind. Made enough for the week. But on the bright side it’s a change from eggs everymorning.
I love this new work out. Today was delts and biceps. Kinda changed it up from the past. Did eliptical intervals for cardio. Started taking a prohormone this weekend anxious to see if it lives up to the hype. Hope to harden up and get a little bigger. The cardio that is combined with this workout is bound to trim me up a little.
The diet is going way better although it could be better. Having a hard time getting enough caloriesfor sure. According to all the calculators i should be taking in 3000-3500 and eating healthy makes that goal hard to do. Any tis on this are greatly appreciated.
