I am stoked!  This new workout i am doing is great.  I feel exhausted after i am done and sore the next day!  WHAT A FEELING!  This has not happened in a while.  I have also dropped lmost 5 lbs this first week.  The great thing is i feel stronger too.

I felt like such a wimp

Due to the status of the project i am on i have had to strap on my tools again.  It is a nice change and is needed to get this project done.  What evere it takes i want to finish this one up.  Yesterday i went to the gym after a full day of installing cabinets and i could not finish my sets.  I felt like such a wimp!  I was not even lifting as heavy as normal due to the fact that i was tired from the days work.  Not a great day for Bull.  I was also trying to cycle off of my beloved superpump for a month but that aint going to happen until this project is done either.  I will get used to the work again and keep going to the gym. 

Although i am excited about starting school there is abit of nervousness as well.  I am going to have to change up my training schedule and workout early 2 days of the week.  And oh yeah.  There is the chance of being older than the teacher.  35 and going to college for the first time.  Please wish me luck!!!!

Well i bought my superpump and am dying to get back in to the gym today to show myself i just had one bad day and that i am no wimp.  Have a great weekend and enjoy life.

Well after a 3 week layoff i am back at it.  Shoulder feels better and i am rarin to go.  Today was delts and biceps.  I m trying a new workout that mixes it up a little different.  I normally lift by myself but went to the gym with my wife today, during the DB shoulder presses she commented how it looked like my elbows were to far back.  So next set i brought them forward a bit and wow!  I have never felt a workout like that in my shoulders before.  They were burning like crazy!  I sure wish our schedules allowed us to hit the gym together more often.  I know in some lifts my form gets a little sloppy sometimes but this was just a couple inches and it was like a new exercise.  Thank You Honey!!!!  Anyway this workout was awesome i was spent.  We went to a Vietnamese restaraunt after the gym and my arms were so tired i could not use the chopsticks for my Pho.  I loved the feeling of being to tired to lift 3 oz. of wood and manipulate them.  Legs are tomorrow hope i can press the gas when i’m done.  Happy Memorial Day and thank you to all of those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for this beutiful country of ours.  To those serving now thanky you s well and i hope you all come home safe and soon.

Cant Sleep

So in a good workout Chest/Tri’s and 30 min of Cardio.  The thing i love about morning workouts is how much energy i have for the rest of the day.  I get to miss the morning rush hour traffic and i feel like i have earned my breakfast.  Now dont get me wrong if i could have gone back to bed and got the extra 2 hours sleep i would have done it in a flash.  But that is cause i woke up every 30-60 minutes.  Got to get a message tomorrow.  About every 45 days my muscles tighten to an annoying soreness.  Just enough to keep me awake and make for less than great workouts.  Oh well 1 more night and i will be good for a while.
