5×5 Training
Tuesday, April 28th, 2009I have started doing a 5×5 program and it only calls for workouts 3 days a week. I am at a loss for what to do on the other days. Cardio is the obvious one but i like to lift before doing my cardio. The other thing is it does not solve my need to workout during rush hour traffic. Who wants to sit in a car for 1hr15 to go 18 miles. I know i could do more cardio. Not that my body could not use this increase in cardio. I find it rather boring and do well enough to get through 30 min a day. Dont get me wrong i push myself but it is boring. i was thinking of doing arms one day and calves and abs another. The 5×5 is all compound movements. Any suggestions are appreciated.
