Headaches

They sure can make a workout miserable!  I had been getting them as soon as started working out and they would just pulsate until i went to sleep and then just be a mild annoyance in the morning.  I stopped all suppliments for a few days and then added them 1 by 1.  Superpump 250 was the first one and as soon as i got on the bike BAM the thunder struck and i was done for the evening.  The next day i talked to the guy where i get the suppliments and his thoughts were either the caffiene or the monohydrate.  He gave me a sample of a prework out with creatine alkilyne and no headaches.  Maybe it is just a mental thing but I had a great workout last night no headaches.  I added the Hydroxycut back into my regimin and so far so good although i have not worked out today.  Now in no way am i talking bad about Superpump or Gaspari Nutrition!  I love all of the products that i have tried.  I think it is my fault due to the fact that i have not ever stopped taking it as suggested.  I will lay off of it for a while and try it again later.  Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.

Headaches and Hydroxycut

I started taking Hydroxycut Hardcore again.  I never had headaches when i took it before but for the past week when i workout i get a splitting headache.  When i stop it slowly goes away.  I also take Superpump 250 before workouts.  I skipped it yesterday  and the day before but still got them.  I am going to skip the HYDRXYCUT for  couple of days to see if they stop occuring.  I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before.

I did the cardio as outlined in one of the examples given and it seemed a bit easy.  I will up the resistance next try.  I am also going to alternate Eliptical and stationary bike and may add some incline walking into it.  Food went good for the 2nd day in a row no cheating.  Todays food is going to be good as well.  Will do the leg workout today and man i love the leg workouts.

Body for Life

Monday, February 9th, 2009

Ok today is day 1 and i think it should be renamed to workout of death.  I think i may have started out with to much weight.  I got through it but did not finish the last set of 12 on each bodypart.  I think my muscles have spotaniously combusted.  As tough as it was i loved it.  My normal workouts have been good but i keep gaining scale weight.  My measurements hve not changed to much at least in the fatty areas.  I know my arms have gained another 1/2 in but that should not make another 10 lbs.  I am going to do the BFL challenge and see what happens.  Maybe i can lean down some and see what lies beneath.
