Headaches
Wednesday, February 18th, 2009They sure can make a workout miserable! I had been getting them as soon as started working out and they would just pulsate until i went to sleep and then just be a mild annoyance in the morning. I stopped all suppliments for a few days and then added them 1 by 1. Superpump 250 was the first one and as soon as i got on the bike BAM the thunder struck and i was done for the evening. The next day i talked to the guy where i get the suppliments and his thoughts were either the caffiene or the monohydrate. He gave me a sample of a prework out with creatine alkilyne and no headaches. Maybe it is just a mental thing but I had a great workout last night no headaches. I added the Hydroxycut back into my regimin and so far so good although i have not worked out today. Now in no way am i talking bad about Superpump or Gaspari Nutrition! I love all of the products that i have tried. I think it is my fault due to the fact that i have not ever stopped taking it as suggested. I will lay off of it for a while and try it again later. Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.
