Transformation 12/30

I started a new workout last night and cant believe how hard it was.  It is a low weight high volume work out.  About 50 reps per exercise.  I was so tired i could not hold myself up on the bike after i was done lifting.  That felt great!  I am starting to feel the soreness of the workout.  Chest and Tri’s are dead to the world.  I am determined to see what is under the flab as i like to say.  I am going to do cardio at lunch as well to try to burn it off even more.

I have decided that this is the year for drastic transformation.  I have been getting alot stronger over this past year.  I now want to see what is under all of this muscle insulating FAT.  I have been seeing changes but nothing that will show up on a picture.  Big enough to keep me happy and motivated but now i want to be proud of what i have done.  I have tried many work outs and diets but the diet has been the most challenging.  As is true for alot of people on here i suspect.  Time to knuckle down and see the fruits of my labor.  I have no trouble putting in the gym time in fact i have started to add 20 min of cardio in at lunch to go along with the 30 min or so i do with my workout in the evening.  Started that yesterday and i felt great.  I am shooting for no less than transformation of the week.  Happy Holidays to all.
