Transformation 12/30
Tuesday, December 30th, 2008I started a new workout last night and cant believe how hard it was. It is a low weight high volume work out. About 50 reps per exercise. I was so tired i could not hold myself up on the bike after i was done lifting. That felt great! I am starting to feel the soreness of the workout. Chest and Tri’s are dead to the world. I am determined to see what is under the flab as i like to say. I am going to do cardio at lunch as well to try to burn it off even more.
