5 lbs.
Tuesday, November 4th, 2008I checked the scale last nigh and i had dropped 5 lbs. Not sure how this happened since i ate bad and did not workout this weekend. Not to say this is my new plan of attack but it is motivating to know that even with a slackoff weekend i am still down. Sad to think about How much better would it have been if i was good. I had a great workout yesterday new one. I am focussing on fat loss right now so i am just doing a 4 day lifting schedule. Upperbody mon and thurs lower body tuesday and friday. With as much cardio as i can handle. Did 17.5 miles on stationary bike yesterday 35 min. I found that by lifting first and then doing cardio i got more of a burn however i also found that i did the cardio less often.
