Sick of it… The belly that is. I have now made it my goal in life to get rid of this belly of mine. Since i got regular about working out all i have done is gain weight. For some of you that would be good but i started at 303 lbs. I am now 315 and although i have lost 3% bodyfat in the past 3 months i am not as happy with my progress as I would like to be.
So here is the new plan that i implimented during last nights work out. No rest between sets! I do 15 minutes on the eliptical hill program then go to my weight lifting and between sets i either do 1/2 a mile on the stationary bike or jump rope between sets. After that i go to the abs and boy do i have the most abs. I think i got enough for 3 more people. anybody want some??? Then i go to a stationary bike and go for another 10 min. I hope this will do something better. I also think i need to drop down to a 2000 calorie diet but the Bodybugg program tells me that i need 3200 for the work that i am doing. If anyone could help in this dept. that would be great.
I eat mostly clean 6 days a week and on the seventh i dont go nuts but i might have some pizza or a hamburger. There has to be a reason i am not shedding the fat as fast as i would like to and i am bound and determined to find out. I know part of it is genetics my father was 6′7" and 400 lbs and my mother is 5′10" and larger as well. Me i am in between that at 6′3" and 315. I am definately a large framed guy there is no doubt. There is a way to do it because when i was in the Army they took me from 274 to 198 in 13 weeks. However i dont have all day to run march and exercise like that and quite frankly when i go that small you would have thought i was in some foreign prison camp. I like to be big but not fat and big.
I welcome any siggestions and would appreciate your time if given. I am willing to try most any thing but there is still some ego things i cant get over yet. Like the unstable exercises that all of the trainers have people doing in the gym and that my trainer wanted me to do. I know it works but there has to be other ways of doing it.
