Change
Saturday, July 26th, 2008i just took and posted some new progress pictures. Wow was that an event! The more i thought about the more i wanted to put them up even if i am the only one who looks at them (trust me they are not for the weak stomached people) it is change for the better. Now i know if you look at it compared to alot of the others out there you would not see it but i do and that’s what counts.
I have been kicking my own ass with cardio and dont see what i believe i should see knowing what i’ve done everyday. I know i need to change up my routine but i have only been doing it for 3 weeks to a month and the weight does not want to go away. I have been doing intervals on a eliptical machine they are 2 minutes each. At the slow pace i keep it between 140 and 150 strides per minute at a lower incline with no resistance. When i kick it up i go to a 10 on the slope and 5 on the resistance at around 200 -210 srides per minute. I do this for 30 min a day 5-6 days a week. Before this i was doing the eliptical for 4-6 miles a day and nothing. I cant run do to bad ankles and knees with a 310 pound body coming down on them that could be bad.
I have a Bodybugg that says i am burning about 5000 - 5500 calories a day and they suggest that i take in 3200 calories a day. As big as i am that is hard to do. I always feel full and dont really want to eat. I have been eating clean for the most part i am sure not as well as a lot of people on this site but better than i have ever done.
So what i am getting at with all this background info is "If there is anyone with some good constructive ideas please give them to me". I would appreciate it alot. I dont really care if the pounds dont come off. I just want the fat gone. I love to lift and if i stay at 295-315 but it is fit muscular weight so be it. I have always been one of the "big" guys now i want to be the strongest guy in the room. Especially if there is other people in it.
