Weight loss

Since i have started on this site i seemed to have gained 7-10 pounds.  I also started with a trainer and that put some weight on me as well as the fact that i have been doing a more structured work out instead of wondering aroung and working with what was available at the time.  Now if it is taken i just skip it and come back trying to be real good.  I have never had a hard time gaining weight even muscle weight.   Now losing it on the other hand has been a chore in itself.

I have gotten the Bodybugg and it is helping me track my progress.  I know what i burn everyday and that way i have an easier time with the correct intake.  I started taking a testosterone booster to help with the muscle gains and it is working in a month i gained an inch across my shoulders and half an inch in chest and biceps.  The unfortunate thing is there has been no change in the belly region. 

So last week i started taking 8-fx from MRI and let me tell you it works.  I have increased my calorie burn by 1000-1200 per day and have noticed with the 8-fx that i burn about 600 more calories in my work outs alone.  So needless to say that after 3 weeks of the scale saying 310-311 that 308 looked reeaaalllly good this weekend.  I almost cant wait to get back on the scale and see whats happened.  Even if it goes up i know its workingbecause i kind of expect it to after the food i ate this weekend.  I did not just go hog wild and stuff myself but a burger one day and pizza the next.  Not exactly the best choice for the mission at hand.

 Going back to the gym today to burn off the bad choices of the weekend this afternoon.  Should be fun!

New Program

I started a new program this week and it feels like i am doing so much more work with a new found direction.  It came from Muscle and Fitness and i was famillar with almost all of the movements but never put them together.  Week 1 of 12 is under the belt and i feel great.  I am a little sore after every workout but just the fatigued sor not the OH MY GOD i did not know there was a muscle there sore.  Training with the bodybugg has also been a big help to see just how many calories a day i burn and walk with my job as well.  Although i dont see the results at the scale i am in the mirror.  Mostly it is in the arms but i have been working on those for longer even in my own scattered way something was better than nothing.  Looking forward to my next visit at the gym today for chest and tris
