Everybody wants Abs,I believe regular ab exercises work but lots of people use their neck and lower back a lot while doing them but I get the best results from something else.
I’ve been playing soccer for years now and it contains lots of jogging,sprinting..
After a good match my abs are really really sore because the power of a kick and the running power and speed come for a big part from the CORE.
I advice everyone who wants abs to do this kind off HIIT with running.
It will get u lean and your abs are gonna work 100% all the time.
