Buddy Battle Muscle growth and soreness
Hey everyone, I was having a debate with a couple of my lifting buddies regarding muscle soreness and gaining size. I feel that it has nothing to do with a good workout and is just the lactic acid build up in the muscles. I get very sore after my workouts and I still gain some size. My buddy says he never gets sore, so I just tell him he isn’t working out hard enough. He still gains size though. I do some stretching after workouts and do my basic supps at the right times pre and post workout, but some days I will be sore for 2 or 3 days later. Any one have thoughts on this subject, or am I just pushing to hard and over training?
